Amadeus is introducing a dedicated AI Efficiency Lead to partner with multiple delivery teams to evaluate, adopt and scale AI-enabled assets across Dev and QA within the Service Train. The role connects delivery teams with central transformation efforts to drive measurable improvements in productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate has software engineering or QA experience with practical GenAI usage, strong knowledge of AI tooling, and a passion for coaching teams toward autonomous AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in software engineering, development, and/or QA with practical use of AI and GenAI tools across the SDLC.
• Understanding of the AI tooling ecosystem including agents, copilots, automation capabilities, and knowledge-enabled workflows.
• Technical understanding of engineering practices, platform considerations, and tooling integration for AI-enabled assets.
• Interest in advancing developer productivity and tooling effectiveness with coaching and change support across distributed teams.
• Awareness of AI governance, security, and IP considerations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate AI adoption roadmap across Development and QA within the Service Train.
• Evaluate, select and standardize AI tools and establish usage guidelines.
• Implement and scale AI-enabled tools and workflows in delivery environments.
• Coach teams with enablement sessions and practical guidance for AI adoption.
• Collaborate with QA and Train Architect to align AI practices with standards.
• Identify and address adoption challenges and practical solutions with transformation teams.
• Collect and share feedback to improve AI-enabled assets and adoption outcomes.
