Europ Assistance seeks an AI Transformation Manager to turn strategy into measurable impact across the group. Reporting to the Global Head of AI & Automation, you will shape the AI business transformation program, align markets, and drive adoption with governance, KPIs and scalable initiatives.

You will partner with IT, Security, Legal, Risk and HR to embed AI into group processes, ensure ethical and compliant deployment, and report ROIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy, Data, AI or Digital Transformation.
• Experience in consulting or insurance is a major plus.
• Solid understanding of enterprise AI use cases and deployment.
• Fluent English (C1)

Responsabilités

• Build and run AI governance across markets to ensure alignment.
• Identify AI use cases, size value, and drive prioritization.
• Pilot projects to scale into enterprise deployments with reusable assets.
• Define standards for EU regulatory compliance, safety and ethics.
• Track adoption and ROI with dashboards for senior management.
• Foster an AI-ready culture and share learnings across groups.
