Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI Strategy Lead to shape a 2-3 year AI vision and manage a broad portfolio of AI initiatives across Engineering. You will drive integration of AI into offerings and delivery with clear value metrics, while establishing governance to address compliance, security, ethics and risk.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering required.
• Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent professional English required.

Responsabilités

• Define the 2- to 3-year AI vision and build the roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Structure and manage a portfolio of AI initiatives covering all Engineering activities.
• Accelerate the integration of AI into offerings, solutions, and delivery activities with measurable value objectives.
• Establish performance indicators to measure AI impact (ROI, productivity, revenue, adoption).
• Define and lead AI governance addressing compliance, security, ethics, and risk management.
• Drive the scaling of AI solutions, ensuring transitions from POCs to industrial, reproducible deployments.
