Veepee is seeking an AI-First Adoption Lead to drive the company’s transition toward AI-powered ways of working. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR and partner with VP Tech leadership to rethink processes and unlock performance levers through AI.

You’ll operationalize AI ambition with trainings, workshops, hackathons, and structured adoption initiatives, while guiding engineering toward an AI-first model and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience driving AI adoption or digital transformation in organizations.
• Hands-on mindset with ability to move from strategy to execution.
• Deep understanding of how AI can impact business processes and operating models.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive AI adoption across business functions by identifying high-impact use cases and embedding them into daily workflows.
• Lead operational rollout of AI initiatives through workshops, trainings, hackathons, and coaching.
• Translate strategic AI ambitions into concrete execution plans, rituals, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with VP of Engineering to accelerate AI adoption in VPTech.
• Facilitate AI literacy and build momentum through internal events and communities of practice.
