Ayvens is seeking a data project manager to lead data initiatives spanning multiple subsidiaries and departments, contributing to its digital and data transformation. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes across data platforms, analytics, governance, and compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, structured thinking, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels to turn strategy into tangible results within a fast-evolving data program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management, ideally within data, analytics, or IT transformation environments.
• Familiar with Agile or hybrid project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMP, etc.).
• Understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, and governance concepts, on the Azure environment (ADF, data bricks).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of data projects — from scoping and planning to execution, delivery, and post-implementation review.
• Coordinate with data engineers, data architects, security team, business stakeholders and any other required stakeholders, to define project requirements and priorities.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and manage risks.
• Communicate project status, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations.
• Facilitate governance and compliance activities (e.g., data quality, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and data delivery practices.
