Jobtailor is seeking a client onboarding specialist to support new clients adopting our digital tools and electronic invoicing workflows. You will create practical training materials and deliver sessions, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication from day one.

You will identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and respond to client needs, maintaining hands-on involvement with assigned portfolios to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Support new clients in adopting the firm's digital tools (portal, invoicing software).
• Guide clients in electronic invoicing processes and dematerialization platform connections.
• Create tailored educational materials and deliver short trainings.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and help optimize onboarding processes.
• Escalate additional client needs to the designated accountant and manage portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Support new clients in adopting the firm's digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document uploads, etc.
• Guide them in implementing their electronic invoicing processes: connecting to the dematerialization platform, uploading invoices, and setting up approval workflows.
• Create clear, tailored educational materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the outset of the relationship.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process.
• Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the designated chartered accountant.
• You will be assigned an appropriate client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational involvement in the role.
