Job summary

Alan in France is hiring a Small Businesses Account Executive to drive full sales cycles from prospecting to closing across France. You'll build strategic relationships, deliver compelling demos, and educate stakeholders to accelerate decisions.

Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz, you’ll join a high-growth team with equity, a flexible hybrid office setup, and strong learning opportunities as we transform prevention and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
• Fluent French (C2+) and advanced English.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
• Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems.
• Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Drive strategic relationships and manage key customer relationships.
• Deliver education and demos guiding stakeholders through the evaluation process.
• Shape product evolution and contribute to growth initiatives.
• Collaborate in a small team and learn fast.
