Job summary

Alan is seeking an Account Executive (Small Businesses) to join our team targeting 10-30 employee companies across tech, consulting and business services in France. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in a high-velocity environment with strong conversion.

Based in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz, you will build strategic relationships, deliver compelling demos, and help shape product evolution while benefiting from equity, flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years of experience managing the full Sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills; empathetic and capable of influencing others.

Responsibilities

• Full sales cycle: prospection to closing.
• Strategic relationships: drive deals and manage key customer relationships.
• Education & demos: deliver product demonstrations and guide evaluation.
