Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance by integrating insurance, prevention and care into a seamless user experience. The Account Executive (Small Businesses) will drive full sales cycles for 10-30 employee companies across France, including Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille and more.

• Join our Small Businesses team targeting 10-30 employees across tech, consulting, and business services.
• You'll work in a high-velocity environment with strong conversion rates.
• Have at least 3 years of experience managing the whole sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Full sales cycle: From prospection to closing
• Strategic relationships: Drive deals and manage key customer relationships
• Education & demos: Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process
• Beyond sales: Shape product evolution, contribute to improving methods and strategy, participate in growth initiatives, and collaborate in a small team
