Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing, search or headhunting experience.
• Proven ability to source consultants in Finland; international exposure preferred.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.
• Nice to have HR/tech/engineering/business background.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and match candidates to client needs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
• Expand partner and professional networks based on demand.
• Negotiate and sign agreements with candidates.
• Maintain accurate data in relevant systems.
