Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting technical or scientific roles.
• Experience in active sourcing or direct search.
• Strong, competency-based interviewing skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Proactive, organized and collaborative work style.
• Excellent communication in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from planning to offer.
• Coach and support hiring managers throughout the process.
• Identify and engage talent via active sourcing and networks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on recruitment needs.
• Coordinate aptitude assessments and recruitment marketing activities.
• Coordinate student collaboration activities and Summer of Changemakers.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment practices.
