Job summary

CTS Nordics OY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Finland HR team. You will own recruitment from need to hire, working directly with hiring managers to transform needs into successful hires in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

You will source candidates proactively, build pipelines, and coordinate with HR to forecast workforce needs. Fluency in English is required; Finnish language skills are highly valued.

• Experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably handling multiple vacancies.
• Strong hands-on sourcing ability and proactive candidate identification.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.

CTS Finland is growing, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our local HR team.

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working close to the business, taking ownership and seeing the direct impact of their work. You will join a small and hands‑on HR team consisting of an HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator and take an important role in strengthening our recruitment capability in Finland.

Our environment is fast-paced and project-driven. Recruitment needs can range from highly specialized technical professionals and project leadership to commercial, procurement and corporate roles. You will work directly with hiring managers and HR to turn those needs into successful hires.

What you will do

You will take ownership of recruitment processes from need to hire, including:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, priorities and required candidate profiles
• Managing recruitment processes from job opening through sourcing, screening, interviews and offer stage
• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Building talent pipelines for current and anticipated recruitment needs
• Conducting candidate screening and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Ensuring candidates receive a professional, responsive and positive experience throughout the process
• Keeping recruitment pipelines, candidate information and recruitment systems up accurate and up to date
• Supporting recruitment forecasting and workforce planning together with HR and the business
• Coordinating with recruitment agencies and external recruitment partners when additional support is needed
• Developing our local recruitment practices, tools and ways of working as the organization grows
• Supporting employer branding and identifying effective ways to attract talent in the Finnish market
• Monitoring recruitment activity and providing clear pipeline and recruitment status reporting to HR and hiring managers

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who enjoys recruitment as a craft and is comfortable operating independently.

Ideally, you have:

• Previous experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferable managing several vacancies simultaneously
• Strong hands‑on sourcing skills and experience identifying candidates proactively
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
• Good understanding of the Finnish recruitment market
• Strong organization and follow‑up skills
• The ability to prioritize when recruitment needs change quickly
• A proactive mindset. You don’t wait for applicants when the right candidate needs to be found
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent or professional working proficiency in English
• Finnish language skills are highly valued
• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, data centers, industrial projects or other technical/project-based environments would be a strong advantage.
• International recruitment experience is also beneficial, as our recruitment needs may extend beyond Finland.

Who will you work with?

You will be part of the CTS Finland HR team, working closely with the HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator.

The team works directly with project and business leadership, so this is not a recruitment role removed from the operation. You will be close to hiring decisions, workforce planning and the projects themselves. CTS operates in a project-driven data center, engineering and construction environment where delivery depends on attracting specialist and project‑critical expertise.
