Job summary

VTT is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and scientific roles at our Espoo FutureHub. You’ll partner with hiring managers, identify talent through active sourcing, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Based in Espoo with a hybrid work model and the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week, you will support student collaborations and the Summer of Changemakers programme, while

Qualifications

• Around 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting technical, scientific or other specialised professional roles.
• Experience in active sourcing or direct search.
• Strong skills in structured and competency-based interviewing.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Proactive, organised and collaborative way of working.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from planning to offer stage.
• Coach and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify and engage relevant talent through active sourcing and networks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast recruitment needs.
• Advise on compensation matters during recruitment.
• Coordinate student collaboration activities and VTT’s Summer of Changemakers programme.
• Contribute to developing VTT’s talent acquisition practices and employer brand.
