Job summary

ROA Talent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Helsinki to lead end-to-end recruitment across Finland and the Nordic region. The role emphasizes close collaboration with hiring managers, candidate sourcing, and building robust talent pipelines in a fast-paced international business.

The position is office-based in Vantaa/Helsinki, with a strong preference for candidates who understand the Finnish market and have proven experience in-house, stakeholder and vendor management, and

Qualifications

• Proven Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, ideally in-house.
• Strong understanding of the Finnish recruitment market.
• Experience managing recruitment processes independently.
• Nordic recruitment experience would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Finland and wider Nordic region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Source, engage and build relationships with candidates.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insight and support recruitment planning.
• Support wider Nordic recruitment activity where required.
