ROA Talent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Helsinki to lead end-to-end recruitment across Finland and the Nordic region. The role emphasizes close collaboration with hiring managers, candidate sourcing, and building robust talent pipelines in a fast-paced international business.

The position is office-based in Vantaa/Helsinki, with a strong preference for candidates who understand the Finnish market and have proven experience in-house, stakeholder and vendor management, and

• Strong understanding of the Finnish recruitment market.
• Experience managing recruitment processes independently.
• Nordic recruitment experience would be a strong advantage.

The Opportunity

ROA Talent is supporting an established international business in the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Helsinki.

We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional with strong knowledge of the Finnish market, ideally with exposure to recruitment across the wider Nordic region in a fast paced environment.

Construction experience is an advantage, not a requirement. We're open to candidates from other industries who bring strong recruitment and stakeholder management experience.

The Role

What We're Looking For
