Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing, search or headhunting experience.
• Proven ability to source consultants in Finland; international exposure preferred.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.
• Nice to have HR/tech/engineering/business background.

About the role

As a Talent Provider, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and matching the best candidates to our clients’ needs across both the private and public sectors.

You will guide partners and professionals throughout the entire process, ensuring an excellent experience at every stage while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professionals. With your commercial mindset, you are also comfortable leading negotiations.

You approach your work with openness and curiosity and are a true team player, sharing best practices and ideas within your team and across functions. You are eager to continuously develop, take initiative when needed, and contribute to our shared goals.

Your key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and match candidates with client needs, proactively presenting relevant profiles to stakeholders whenever possible.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their recruitment and talent needs.
• Expand Ework’s network of partners and professionals based on market demand.
• Sign agreements with candidates and ensure high-quality, profitable deals in line with agreed operational service levels.
• Stay up to date with market trends, relevant skills, and emerging technologies.
• Effectively communicate Ework’s service offering and value proposition.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in relevant systems.

Who you are

You are a team player with a natural ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally with partners, consultants, and clients.

You have a passion for sales and for finding the right match for each client’s needs. You bring curiosity, positivity, and adaptability to everything you do.

We are looking for someone with

• 3+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, search, headhunting, or similar.
• Experience sourcing and delivering consultants in Finland and ideally also internationally.
• Experience with LOU/LUF is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with ATS systems.
• Experience recruiting or sourcing within software development, engineering, or similar IT-related areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English (must-have). Swedish is a strong plus (nice-to-have).
• Knowledge of the public sector in Finland and/or Sweden is considered an advantage.
• Education within HR, software development, engineering, business administration, or a related field is considered an advantage.
