Job summary

CTS Nordics OY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Finland HR team. You will own recruitment from need to hire, working directly with hiring managers to transform needs into successful hires in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

You will source candidates proactively, build pipelines, and coordinate with HR to forecast workforce needs. Fluency in English is required; Finnish language skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably handling multiple vacancies.
• Strong hands-on sourcing ability and proactive candidate identification.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Good understanding of the Finnish recruitment market.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment processes from need to hire with close collaboration to hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies when extra support is needed.
• Develop local recruitment practices and tools as the organization grows.
• Support employer branding and attract talent in Finland.
