Job summary

Schneider Electric Finland is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager (Power & Grid) to drive MV product and solution sales with major utilities, building and maintaining strategic relationships, and supporting tender processes.

You will communicate about electrical power architectures and market opportunities, with Finnish and English at negotiation level, contributing to grid automation and renewables initiatives.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineer with experience in technical solution sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage negotiations at C-level.
• Experience in solution selling to electricity market and industry is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• MV Product and solution sales to key customers – existing and new.
• Describe and advise on electrical power architecture.
• Prepare and negotiate on tenders with support from tendering specialists.
• Maintain customer relationships at all levels.
• Collect and process market information.
• Achieve targeted budget.
• Key account management of top utilities in Finland.
