Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a major portfolio of hyperscale and colocation data centre projects across Finland. The Role

This is a highly visible, site-led position responsible for the successful delivery of multiple concurrent cooling infrastructure projects across Frankfurt and the surrounding region.

You will act as the primary client-facing stakeholder manager, overseeing project execution from order through to commissioning while ensuring programme, budget and resource objectives are achieved.

Unlike a traditional office-based Project Manager role, this position requires a strong on-site presence, engaging directly with clients, contractors, consultants and commissioning teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a portfolio of mission-critical cooling projects.
• Manage programmes, schedules, budgets and commercial performance.
• Build and develop project management best practices across the business.
• Act as the senior point of contact for customers and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal engineering, service and commissioning resources.
• Drive risk management, project governance and delivery excellence.
• Support future PMO expansion and team development.

Ideal Background

We are particularly interested in individuals who have:

• Project management experience within the cooling, HVAC, thermal management or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Experience working for a manufacturer or technology provider rather than a general contractor.
• Strong exposure to data centre or mission-critical environments.
• An engineering background, ideally with an electrical bias.
• Formal project management qualifications such as PRINCE2.
• A proven track record of managing multiple projects, budgets and stakeholder groups simultaneously.

Location

Candidates should already be based in Finland or be willing to relocate.
