Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead a major data centre project in Finland. You will oversee multi-disciplinary construction activities from installation to handover, coordinating international and local contractors while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Fluency in English is essential, Finnish language skills are a plus, and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience delivering industrial construction projects.
• Experience on at least one data centre project; hyperscale experience is highly desirable.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English is essential; Finnish is a significant advantage.
• Right to work in Finland or an EU passport.
