Job summary

Seven Executive Limited seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of mission-critical cooling projects in Finland, including hyperscale and colocation data centres. This on-site role requires steering budgets, schedules and governance from order through commissioning, while engaging clients, contractors and commissioning teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple cooling infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets across a €20m+ portfolio.
• Strong background in data centre or critical infrastructure environments.
• Engineering background with electrical bias is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a portfolio of cooling projects across Finland.
• Oversee project execution from order to commissioning within scope, time, and budget.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and commissioning teams on-site.
• Develop and propagate project management standards and governance.
• Coordinate internal resources across engineering, service and commissioning.
