Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a flagship campus development in Finland (Helsinki). You will own delivery across multiple packages, coordinate international teams and contractors, and drive projects on time and within budget.

This role demands proven senior PM experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex packages across two data centres and future builds.

Senior Project Manager

Location: Finland, Helsinki

Rate: €750 - €800 per day - circa €10,000 NET per month

Contract Duration: Long-term

About The Role:

• Manage packages for two data centres and oversee the development of two more, which are coming.
• Lead project execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects, ensuring smooth progression and integration
• Provide strong leadership, pulling together multidisciplinary teams and contractors
• Maintain stakeholder communication and project cohesion throughout the lifecycle

About You:

• Proven experience in senior project management roles, preferably in large-scale campus or infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience managing complex packages of work and working in international settings
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience working in Finland or Nordic countries
• Ability to speak Finnish or other Nordic languages
• Familiarity with Finnish construction or engineering standards

Other Requirements:

• Finnish pay role setup required or ltd company
• EU candidates preferred, UK candidates will also be considered
