Job summary

Sweco Finland Oy seeks a Project Director to lead large industrial investment projects, from early development through handover, including EPCM or similar delivery models. You will drive strategic and commercial outcomes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aligning with clients and partners.

You are a seasoned leader with 10+ years in project leadership, able to manage complex interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior project leadership experience in industrial investments.
• Proven record delivering industrial projects via EPCM or equivalent.
• English communication strong; Finnish/Swedish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead large multidisciplinary project teams and manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee commercial aspects and risk across interfaces.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to ensure successful handover.
