Job summary

Tessero in Tampere, Finland, seeks a Technical Analyst 2 – IT Support to design, implement, and support IT solutions across a modern environment. The role combines 2nd/3rd line support, Microsoft 365 administration, desktop & infrastructure support, and networking.

You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers while driving project delivery and continuous improvement. EU citizenship is required for the client. On-site work with UK travel for training may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, infrastructure, or desktop support environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365 Administration and Windows OS.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, VMware, Intune, SCCM or similar tech.
• Understanding of WAN/LAN networking and IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of IT solutions to meet requirements.
• Coordinate small technical teams delivering work packages.
• Analyse, document, and report on completed work to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and best-practice guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced colleagues.
• Manage escalations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders.
• Install, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, Windows OS, networking, and peripherals.
