Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver onsite End User Services (EUS) and workplace support at a production-site in Kaskinen, Finland. You will serve as the local IT representative, providing hands-on support for end-user devices, production workstations, and OT-connected equipment, coordinating with infrastructure, automation, and third-party vendor teams.

The role covers IT/OT support, manufacturing IT environments, incident handling, and on-site collaboration to ensure

Qualifications

Windows 10/11 administration, Windows devices and Microsoft 365 apps.
Active Directory and user administration.
Asset and hardware lifecycle management.
Networking basics: LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN.
Printing technologies support.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
Knowledge of production environments and OT operations.
Experience with manufacturing IT environments.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
IMACD user devices and peripherals.
Support Microsoft Office and standard corporate applications.
Manage hardware lifecycle activities and inventory.
Participate in major incident resolution and business continuity.
Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Workplace, Security, and Applications teams.
Support field services, vendor escorting, and cabling activities.
Ensure compliance with client IT policies and safety requirements.
