Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver onsite End User Services and production-site IT/OT support in Rauma, Finland. You will serve as the local IT representative, handling end-user devices, workstations, and IoT/OT equipment while coordinating with infrastructure and vendor teams to maintain stable operations.

The role requires hands-on support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, AD administration, and asset management, with a focus on manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of End User Support / OSS experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or mill environments preferred.
• Experience in EUS, onsite support, and IT/OT integrated environments is highly desirable.
• Valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows devices and corporate apps.
• IMACD user devices and peripherals as needed.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and IT infrastructure coordination.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and OT teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and safety requirements.
