Job summary

Infosys is seeking an on-site OSS Engineer to deliver End User Services, workplace support and production-site IT/OT assistance in Kyröskoski, Finland. You will be the local IT representative, supporting end-user devices, workstations, IoT/OT equipment and coordinating with infrastructure, automation and third-party teams.

You will manage IMACD of devices, support Microsoft Office and enterprise apps, maintain asset records, and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of End User Support experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or mill environments preferred.
• Experience in EUS, onsite support, and IT/OT integrated environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• IMACD—Install, Move, Add, Change, and Decommission user devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Office and standard corporate applications.
• Manage hardware lifecycle activities, asset tracking and inventory management.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Workplace, Security and Application teams.
• Support field services, vendor escorting and hardware installations.
