Job summary

Infosys in Punkaharju, Finland is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver onsite End User Services, workplace support, and IT/OT assistance for production operations. You will be the local IT representative, supporting end-user devices, production workstations, IoT/OT devices, and coordinating with infrastructure, automation, and vendor teams.

The role emphasizes incident resolution, asset management, and adherence to IT policies, with exposure to Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, and ITSM

Qualifications

Windows 10/11 administration and modern OS support.
Microsoft 365 applications and user account management (AD).
Asset management, hardware lifecycle, and inventory control.
Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
Knowledge of production environments, OT concepts, and manufacturing IT.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
Provide deskside support for Windows devices, laptops, mobiles, and tablets.
IMACD of user devices and peripherals.
Assist with IT infrastructure and network-related issues at the site.
Support production-related workstations and MES environments.
Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Workplace, Security, and Application teams.
Ensure compliance with Client IT policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
