Job summary

Infosys is seeking an OSS Engineer / Technical Support Specialist to deliver onsite End User Services and production-site IT/OT support at a client site in Rauma, Finland. You will support end-user devices, IoT/OT equipment, and collaborate with infrastructure, automation, and third-party teams to keep operations stable and secure.

The role requires hands-on deskside support, incident management, and strong vendor coordination, with experience in Windows, Microsoft 365, and ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of End User Support / OSS experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or mill environments preferred.
• Valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, Mobile devices, and tablets.
• IMACD - Install, Move, Add, Change, and Decommission user devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Office and standard corporate applications.
• Coordinate with OT, Automation, and Infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
