Job summary

Infosys Limited in Finland seeks a Technical Support Specialist to deliver onsite End User Services, workplace support, and production-site IT/OT assistance to keep business and manufacturing operations stable and secure.

As the local IT representative, you will provide hands-on support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and IoT/OT equipment, coordinating with infrastructure and vendor teams to resolve incidents.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of End User Support / OSS experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or mill environments preferred.
• Experience in EUS, onsite support, and IT/OT integrated environments is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• IMACD user devices and peripherals.
• Support field services and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with OT, Automation, Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
