Job summary

Infosys in Finland is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver onsite End User Services (EUS) and production-site IT/OT support at client sites, including deskside support for Windows devices and coordination with broader IT teams.

You will act as the local IT representative on site, handling asset management, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety and IT policies while supporting manufacturing environments and OT integration.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of End User Support / OSS experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience in onsite IT/OT integrated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, Mobile devices, and tablets.
• IMACD user devices and peripherals; manage asset lifecycle and inventory.
• Coordinate with IT, vendor, and security teams for issue resolution.
• Support OT/IT integration and production systems.
