Job summary

Greenstep is seeking a Lead Fabric / Data Platform Consultant in Finland. You will own architecture, build core platform components, and guide client decisions across Fabric, Databricks, dbt, and Snowflake—delivering scalable data solutions.

You will lead engagements, mentor engineers, and define engineering standards while collaborating with our Data & Technology team. The role is hybrid, with at least 50% time in the office.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience delivering data platforms and analytics in client projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of client data platforms and set engineering standards.
• Lead engagements as platform lead, shaping target architecture and production deployment.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and project execution.
