Job summary

Greenstep, a Finland-based growth company, is seeking a Lead Fabric / Data Platform Consultant to lead data platform engagements in Finland. You own architecture, set engineering standards and partner with data engineers and BI developers to deliver production-ready solutions.

Core platforms include Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, dbt and Snowflake. You will mentor teams, engage with clients, and shape practice delivery.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience delivering data platforms in client projects.
• Knowledge of Fabric, Azure data stack and multi-platform decision making.
• Strong experience with Databricks, dbt and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of client data platforms.
• Design and build on Fabric across OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse and Synapse.
• Lead Databricks/dbt/Snowflake work and migrations as needed.
• Develop layered lakehouse/warehouse architectures with performance focus.
• Build Power BI models and reusable DAX for trusted analytics.
• Set engineering discipline: CI/CD, testing, observability and governance.
