Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Sales Executive to drive market success for Moveworks products, built on the Service Management platform. You will support territory strategy, account planning, and value-based selling to enterprise customers, collaborating with the broader account team and partners.

The role emphasizes AI-driven transformation, ROI-focused sales, and deep knowledge of enterprise sales processes to win complex deals in the Finnish market.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 7+ years knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions area to lead solution win.
• Experience as an AE or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Understanding of business sales processes.
• Fluent in Finnish is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting and execution.
• Provide input to AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation.
• Ensure recommendation to territory strategy and account planning aligns with Now Value principles.
• Help customers envision the value of digital transformation with the account team and partners.
• Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
• Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with specialty knowledge to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
• Customize time allocation of responsibilities to territory needs and celebrate successes.
