Job summary

ServiceNow in Helsinki is seeking a Customer Success Senior Platform Architect to guide customers in building a robust ServiceNow foundation, governance, data, and integrations for long-term success.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams across engagements, translating goals into an architectural blueprint and ensuring platform health and value realization for Fortune 500-like customers.

Qualifications

8+ years progressive experience in a professional services/SaaS organization or equivalent
Management consulting experience and ability to drive complex issues to resolution
Enterprise architecture experience across cloud applications and governance
Fluent in English and Finnish; right to work in country

Responsibilities

Collaborate with executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during shaping, scoping, and implementing solutions.
Serve as architectural advisor to guide customers, partners, and teams toward successful outcomes.
Translate business goals and technical requirements into an architecture blueprint for long-term success.
Engage with customer Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard and integrate with core apps.
Manage governance, delivery operating model, and platform health to reduce technical debt.
