Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in a professional services/SaaS organization or equivalent
- Management consulting experience and ability to drive complex issues to resolution
- Enterprise architecture experience across cloud applications and governance
- Fluent in English and Finnish; right to work in country
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during shaping, scoping, and implementing solutions.
- Serve as architectural advisor to guide customers, partners, and teams toward successful outcomes.
- Translate business goals and technical requirements into an architecture blueprint for long-term success.
- Engage with customer Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard and integrate with core apps.
- Manage governance, delivery operating model, and platform health to reduce technical debt.
