Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Sales Executive to oversee the market success of Moveworks products built on the ServiceNow platform, driving enterprise adoption and value realization.

You will support strategy, coordinate with the account team, and coach colleagues to identify specialty solution opportunities and guide the sales cycle from planning to closure across Finnish markets.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem solving.
• 7+ years knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions to lead solution win.
• Experience as an AE or in a sales/customer service role.
• Understanding of business sales processes.
• Fluent in Finnish is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical alignment and account targeting.
• Provide input to AE during account planning based on strategy.
• Ensure recommendations align with Now Value principles.
• Help customers envision value of digital transformation with strategy development.
• Coordinate with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
• Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
• Tailor time allocation for territory needs and celebrate successes.
