Bittium Wireless Oy in Espoo, Finland, is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to strengthen the Defence & Security sales organization. You will optimize sales processes, manage the Salesforce CRM, and deliver data-backed reporting to support leadership and business units.

This role blends operational excellence with data, systems, and AI-driven initiatives to drive commercial success. The position is hybrid, reports to the VP, Global Sales & Marketing, and requires passing SUPO security

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in Sales Operations or similar role in B2B.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and BI tools.
• Fluent Finnish and English communications.

Responsabilidades

• Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline the sales process to remove inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• CRM and Technology: Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring seamless tool integration and high data quality.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Create / consolidate weekly and monthly sales reports, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Gather and analyze external data to identify growth opportunities and plan related Go-To-Market programs.
• Sales Enablement: Assist onboarding of new sales hires and provide effective materials and best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Bridge Sales, Marketing, Business Units, Product Management and Finance to align goals and processes.
