Job summary

Eminus Industries, a Finnish AI-powered security software company, seeks a proactive Sales Manager to own B2B sales in Finland. You will drive new customer acquisition, craft the sales approach, and build long-term client relationships, reporting to the CEO.

As a key commercial hire, you will shape growth, collaborate with product and customer success, and help scale the business in Espoo and across Finland, with a hybrid work model and a modern Otaniemi office.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales and new customer acquisition.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
• Ability to identify, develop, and close new sales.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to create trust.
• Independent, hands-on, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of B2B sales pipeline and targets.
• Drive new customer acquisition and business development.
• Lead sales initiatives including outreach via phone and email and meetings.
• Negotiate, close, and manage commercial agreements.
• Develop and maintain sales materials.
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with product and customer success to support growth and retention.
• Contribute to scalable sales processes and best practices.
