Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on Revenue Systems. This contractor remote role emphasizes CRM governance, data quality, and cross-system integration for SaaS operations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms
• Create operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios
• Document recommended system changes and decisions
• Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing and other tools
• Provide insights on CRM optimization and governance
