Job summary

Holvi Payment Services in Helsinki is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own product marketing across our fintech product streams, lead a growing team, and partner with product owners to drive adoption, messaging and go-to-market execution.

You’ll shape the product marketing strategy for cards, payments, FX, invoicing, bookkeeping, credit and integrations across Finland, Germany and Austria, while enabling Sales, CM and Support with compelling assets and narratives.

Qualifications

• Have 6+ years of experience in product marketing, and at least two of them leading people
• Have set a product marketing strategy and owned go-to-market across several products
• Have experience working in fintech, banking or financial services – ideally B2B for SMEs
• Are fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• Are hands-on leads who set direction and still do the work
• Have run CRM and lifecycle marketing or worked closely with those who do

Responsibilities

• Set up product marketing strategy and priorities, turning them into a plan for the team
• Own positioning and messaging for all products
• Plan go-to-market launches with timing, messaging, targeting and channels
• Lead, coach and grow the team with clear goals
• Own lifecycle marketing with CRM managers to drive usage and revenue
• Monitor adoption, usage and revenue across streams and share insights
• Collaborate with product owners to translate specs into value propositions
• Provide sales, PM, CS and partners with battle cards and talking points
