Job summary

Riverty, part of the Bertelsmann group, seeks a (Senior) Product Manager for Consumer Touchpoints to shape the end-to-end product experience within Invoicing as a Service. You will own strategy, roadmaps, and the UX across digital and human touchpoints, balancing consumer needs with business goals in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of Product Management experience in cross-functional product organizations.
• Strong experience in product strategy, customer discovery and roadmap definition for digital products or services.
• Expertise in payments, dunning & collections, customer service or consumer self-service.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset focused on outcome-oriented decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial.
• Proactive, self-driven with ability to decide in complex environments.
• Strong English communication; Swedish/Norwegian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for your consumer touchpoint domains - digital and human ones.
• Own and continuously improve the user experience across consumer-facing touchpoints.
• Identify customer needs through research, feedback, market insights and data.
• Develop scalable, reusable product capabilities across domains.
• Define and track KPIs including conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with the platform team.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are considered.
