Job summary

Holvi is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to join our Helsinki team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will own product marketing across cards, payments, invoicing, and more, leading a team of product marketers and CRM managers.

You will set strategy, own go-to-market, and drive lifecycle marketing to grow usage, revenue and customer satisfaction across Finland, Germany, and Austria. Fluency in Finnish and English is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, including leadership of teams.
• Experience setting product marketing strategy and owning go-to-market across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Set up product marketing strategy and priorities and translate them into a clear team plan.
• Own positioning and messaging for all product streams.
• Plan go-to-market for launches and manage launch readiness.
• Lead, coach and grow the marketing team with clear goals and priorities.
• Own lifecycle marketing in partnership with CRM managers to drive onboarding and win-back flows.
• Monitor adoption, usage and revenue and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate tech specs into customer value and influence roadmap.
• Maintain competitive awareness and feed customer insights into positioning and product decisions.
• Equip Sales, AM, Support and partners with effective battle cards and talking points.
