Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in customer retention, outbound sales, contact centre operations, or similar environment.
• Proven ability to drive customer conversion, retention and reactivation with performance-driven teams.
• Experience developing SOPs, outbound calling scripts, workflows, and training materials.
