Job summary

Infosys is seeking an OSS Engineer/Technical Support Specialist to deliver onsite End User Services, workplace support, and production-site IT/OT assistance at a client site in Kemi, Finland. The role focuses on hands-on support for end-user devices, OT-connected equipment, and coordination with infrastructure, automation, and third-party teams.

The position requires 3–8 years in End User Support, manufacturing experience, and a valid driving license, with responsibilities spanning incident

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of End User Support experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience supporting EUS, onsite IT/OT integrated environments is highly desirable.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• IMACD user devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Office and standard corporate applications.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, assets, and inventory.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Workplace, Security, and Application teams.
• Escort and supervise external vendors during onsite activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
