Job summary

Infosys is hiring an OSS Engineer to deliver onsite End User Services (EUS) and production-site IT/OT support on a Simpele, Finland site. The role acts as the local IT representative, providing hands‑on support for end‑user devices, production workstations, IoT/OT equipment, and cross‑team coordination.

The candidate will manage Windows devices, Microsoft 365, AD, networking basics, and ITSM workflows while ensuring compliance with client policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of End User Support / OSS experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience in EUS and onsite IT/OT environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows workstations and mobile devices.
• IMACD user devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Office and standard corporate apps.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
• Provide OT/IT and IoT support for production environments.
• Escort and supervise external vendors during onsite activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and safety requirements.
