Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in end user support and onsite IT/OT environments is required.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy) and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite IT contact for users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• IMACD hardware and peripherals; support MS Office and corporate apps.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, assets, and inventory.
• Participate in incident resolution and business continuity activities.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
• Escort vendors during onsite activities and document closures of incidents.
• Support IT/OT integration and manufacturing environments.
