Job summary

Infosys Limited in Lohja, Finland, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver onsite End User Services (EUS), workplace support, and productionsite IT/OT assistance. You will act as the local IT representative, supporting end-user devices, production workstations, IoT/OT equipment, and coordinating with infrastructure, automation, and third-party vendors.

The role covers Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD administration, hardware lifecycle, and incident management within a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience with end-user support in production or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows workstations, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Experience in industrial IT/OT environments and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, and Mobile devices.
• IMACD user devices and peripherals.
• Support production-related workstations and manufacturing systems.
• Coordinate with IT/OT and OT teams for issue resolution.
• Escort and supervise external vendors during onsite activities.
