Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an OSS Engineer to deliver onsite End User Services and production-site IT/OT support at the Mänttä site. You will be the local IT representative, providing hands-on support for end-user devices, production workstations, and OT-enabled equipment.

You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure stable, secure operations, participate in incident resolution, and help maintain asset records.

Qualifications

Experience administering Windows 10/11 workstations and devices.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
Active Directory and user administration experience.
Experience with hardware lifecycle, asset tracking, and inventory management.
Networking fundamentals: LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN.
Printing technologies familiarity.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
Knowledge of production environments and OT operations.
Exposure to manufacturing IT environments.
Experience with incident, problem and change management processes.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
IMACD user devices and peripherals on site.
Support Microsoft 365 apps and standard corporate applications.
Manage hardware lifecycle activities and asset records.
Assist in major incident resolution and business continuity efforts.
Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Workplace, Security and Application teams.
Support field services, vendor escorting and hardware installations on site.
Ensure compliance with client IT policies and safety requirements.
Coordinate with OT, Automation, Network, Security and Infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
