Job summary

Infosys in Äänekoski, Finland, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver onsite End User Services, workplace support, and IT/OT-enabled manufacturing assistance. You will be the local IT representative, supporting end-user devices, production workstations, and IoT/OT equipment on site.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, automation, application, and vendor teams to maintain stable, secure operations and ensure business continuity in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of End User Support / OSS experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or mill environments preferred.
• Experience in EUS, onsite support, and IT/OT integrated environments is highly desirable.
• Valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• IMACD user devices and peripherals.
• Support MS Office and standard corporate applications.
