Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver onsite End User Services and IT/OT support at a production site in Kyröskoski, Finland. You will serve as the local IT representative, providing hands-on support for end-user devices and OT-connected equipment.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, manage asset lifecycle, and ensure compliance with IT policies and safety requirements. We value strong troubleshooting, customer service, and independent work at remote sites.

Qualifications

3–8 years of End User Support / OSS experience.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is preferred.
Experience in EUS, onsite support, and IT/OT integrated environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
Provide deskside support for Windows workstations and mobile devices.
IMACD hardware and peripherals on user devices.
Support Microsoft Office and standard corporate applications.
Manage hardware lifecycle, asset tracking and inventory.
Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Workplace, Security, and Application teams.
Assist with vendor escorting, equipment installations, and cabling activities.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and safety requirements.
